Anyone who has ever played a sport knows there’s a difference between practice days and game days. Well we have game days in our careers too. Some days, there’s just more at stake. To say that another way, opportunities are not distributed equally across our work weeks. Job interviews. Promotion opportunities. A big client pitch. An investor presentation. These are moments we need to win. In this talk, Dave will lead a conversation around this view of major moments, how to recognize and be ready for them — and how to make more of them happen, because these are the moments we need if we’re looking to achieve big things.
